Abstract Predictive maintenance has revealed as one of the paradigms Industry 4.0. This paper addresses a complete system for acquisition, computing, monitoring and communication ventilation equipment in underground tunnels based on TCP/IP protocol accessible via WEB services. Not only does proposed collect different sensor data (temperatures, vibrations, pressures, tilt angles or rotational speed), it performs local processing well. feature is newest most important all those provided by design, there no that offers similar performance current systems. shows design implementation (system architecture processing), well experimental results obtained.
